Tiny Harbor Co.

Tiny Harbor Co. is a management sim that stays comfortable rather than crunchy. You schedule boats, assign workers, and slowly upgrade your little harbour. The numbers matter but never overwhelm, and there's a helpful summary screen that shows exactly where your bottlenecks are.

The art is bright and friendly, and the day-night cycle gives the whole thing a nice rhythm. We appreciated that it runs perfectly fine offline, so you can plan your harbour on a plane or underground with no problem.

It's not the most complex sim out there, and dedicated genre veterans might find it light. But as a relaxed builder for the commute, it clicks.
